Dr. Cameron hails from the Northwest, attending the University of Washington for his undergraduate education as well as receiving his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. He served his internship and orthopedic residency at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio. He then completed advanced post-graduate fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Cameron is frequently asked to lecture, and to author book chapters and journal articles. Dr. Cameron, along with his wife Tracy Cameron, MD, have dedicated extended periods of time in overseas medical missionary service.
