What makes Edmonds Orthopedic Center different?

Orthopedic Care You Can Trust

Whether your goal is to get back to an active lifestyle, work, hobbies, sports, or just to get around a little easier, our promise to you is to provide unparalleled personal orthopedic care in a convenient, caring, and compassionate environment.

Personalized Care Delivered With Compassion

At Edmonds Orthopedic Center, we work hard to treat every patient like we would a member of our own family. This philosophy results in shared decision-making for both simple and complex decisions, and ensures that you are an active participant in your treatment and rehabilitation.

Save Time

From the first time you meet us and throughout the course of your treatment, you will interact directly with your Surgeon. No wasted visits (and co-pays!) wondering when, or if, you will meet the Surgeon. This means it takes less time to get to an accurate diagnosis and lets our Surgeons use their years of experience to develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.

Save Money

Surgery, when needed, costs significantly less at our AAAHC-approved surgical facilities than in a hospital. Survey’s show it’s safer too, with less risk of Hospital Acquired Infections.

Our History

For the past 40 years, the physicians at Edmonds Orthopedic Center have cared for our community. Founded by Jeff Remington in 1979 as Stevens Orthopedic Group, our practice provides care to patients living in Edmonds, Mill Creek, and throughout the North Puget Sound region and beyond. Gary Forster joined Dr. Remington in 1981 and we remained a two-person group until Dr. Cameron joined in 2000. In the mid-1990s, we became part of Orthopedic Consultants of Washington and then in the early 2000s we were a founding practice of Proliance Surgeons. In the mid-2000s, in response to the growing presence of our group, we changed our name to Edmonds Orthopedic Center. We currently have nine board-certified, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeons.

As part of Proliance Surgeons, one of the largest surgical groups in the country, we are ideally positioned to continue leading the way in providing high-quality, compassionate, and cost-effective care for our community. Many of our physicians participate in leadership positions within Proliance Surgeons and are active in our community. We support local organizations committed to bettering our youth through sports and leadership development in an effort to strengthen our community.

Edmonds Orthopedic Center is well positioned to continue personally delivering exceptional outcomes for the next 40 years.
